The opening shot is the final 2 in the tournament Sammy and Jamie sitting on opposite ends at the table with similar chip counts. To show that so far it's been a close game so far. And to show that these two are on opposite ends. Sammy is dressed like he has a lot of money while Jamie is dressed like a normal guy.

The set up is when Sammy first starts talking trash to Jamie dismissing his playing abilities. And Sammy keeps talking trash to Jamie even tough Jamie does not really instigate anything. And still for the most part does not respond. And this happens throughout the hand there playing in.

The theme is set right away when Sammy starts acting all cocky and dismissing Jamie, Which the theme is to not look down on to others as Sammy does to Jamie which is established when they first start talking. Now Sammy is dismissing Jamie despite the fact they have been playing for an hour and Jamie has a slight lead.

The Catalyst is during the hand Sammy gets a Straight Flush the second best hand in poker against Jamie's Royal Flush the best hand in poker. Sammy go's all in putting his tournament life on the line. And he thinks he has the best hand. Jamie knows he has it won and gives him some of his own medicine and taunts a little bit while taking his time. Jamie makes the call winning the tournament to Sammy's shock. And when Jamie taunts him one last time Sammy looses his cool and knocks Jamie out cold.
